Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) has proposed a 26.32% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 24 has decided to distribute 25% bonus shares and 1.32% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 25,69,80,400. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 6,42,45,100 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 33,81,321.05.

As of writing, SDLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,861. The company had distributed 18% bonus shares and 0.9474% cash dividend in the fiscal year 2076/77.
