Nepal Warehousing Company convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Kartik 20, 2079.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the decision to float 20% of its paid-up value or 13.75 lakh unit ordinary shares to the general public in IPO thereby raising paid-up capital to Rs 80 crore, as per the media statement.
The company is currently constructing 3 cold storage facilities in three different districts with a combined capacity of 55 thousand MT with a total estimated cost of Rs 1.50 arba that also includes loan investment from five different banks, as per the media statement.
