Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) has proposed a 38% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 16 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.84 arba. 33.6% bonus shares and 4.4% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM.
