Mega Bank Limited (MEGA) has proposed a 12.07% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 342nd meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 23 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.65 Arba. The company has decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in bonus shares. Thus, the bonus shares are worth a little over Rs. 1.76 Arba.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM.

As of writing, MEGA has an LTP of Rs 334.10.
