 A man-eating leopard has been found dead at Dordor jungle area in Bhanu Municipality-3 of Tanahun district on Sunday, police said.

Locals, who had gone to collect fodder at a nearby forest, spotted a dead marauding leopard and informed the police about the incident.

Subsequently, a team consisting of police and officials from District Forest Office reached the site and ascertained the dead leopard as the man-eating animal.

Earlier, four children were devoured by the same leopard in the area.

Meanwhile, Preparations are underway to send the leopard to the District Forest Office Tanahun, police informed.
