Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) has proposed a 50% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 35th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10 crores. 45% bonus shares worth Rs 4.5 crores and 5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 50 lakhs have been proposed.

This is the company’s first dividend. The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM. As of writing, MLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 4,800.
