Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited has called its 10th AGM going to be held on 11th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Celebration Height, Sukedhara Chowk, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 25 has decided to distribute 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purposes. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 28,08,41,000 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 1,47,81,105.
The agenda will also elect two board members from the existing shareholders.
