Nyadi Hydropower Limited is concluding the IPO issue of 2,250,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 22.5 crores today. The public issue had opened from Ashwin-15, 2078. Since the issue was already oversubscribed on the first day itself, it will close at the early closing date, i.e. today.

The company has issued a total of 2,250,000 units of shares i.e., 15% of the total issued capital from Ashwin-15, 2078. From the total of 2,250,000 units, 112,500 units i.e., 5% are for mutual funds. 2% of the total units i.e., 45,000 units are for the employees of the company and the remaining 2,092,500 units are for the general public.

Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. According to the issue manager; 1,818,606 applicants have applied for a total of 22,398,990 units. This is the data reported as of 5:30 pm yesterday. Thus, the issue is already oversubscribed over 12.31 times on the third day itself.

Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 50,000 units.
