Rajendra Pandey, Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, is seeking a vote of confidence in the Provincial Assembly today. He is scheduled to take the confidence vote at the Provincial Assembly meeting scheduled at 3 PM.

CM Pandey requires 55 votes to maintain his position. The ruling coalition has 59 members in the PA in support of him. There are 109 members in the provincial assembly.

The Provincial Assembly Secretariat has stated that all preparations for the event have been completed.
