The Airports Council International (ACI) World is grading Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) soon, according to the government.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal says it had written to the ACI World and the international organisation has also responded to the request. The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has also been informed about the grading plan.
